How a UGC video ad order actually works
From brief to delivered files, the process runs in four steps and takes 3 to 5 business days once the product is in hand. Nothing about it requires a call — the whole thing runs over email and the contact form.
1. Send the brief
Fill out the contact form with your product, your site or brand URL, and which package you're interested in — Single, Test Pack, or Monthly. I reply within 24 hours on weekdays, usually with clarifying questions about the goal: is this for cold-audience prospecting, retargeting, or organic posting? That changes which of the five formats (testimonial, demo, routine, unboxing, problem-solution) fits best.
2. Approve scripts and hooks
I write a script for each concept, and every concept comes with three hook variations — three different opening lines for the first three seconds, on the same body script. You approve the direction before I film anything. Single includes one revision round on the finished cut later; Test Pack includes two. This step is usually the fastest part of the process, often same-day.
3. Ship the product
Physical products ship to my address in Lithuania (EU) so I can film with the actual item in hand. Transit from within Europe usually takes a few days; from the US, budget closer to a week once customs is factored in. Digital products — apps, SaaS tools, anything shot as a screen recording — skip this step entirely, since there's nothing to mail.
4. Filming, editing, and delivery
The 3 to 5 business day turnaround starts once the product has arrived and the script is locked, not from when you first filled out the form. I shoot and edit everything myself — no separate videographer or editor in the loop — which is what keeps that window short. You receive vertical 1080×1920 MP4 files with captions burned in, one file per hook variation, ready to upload as-is. A clean version without captions is available on request.
What happens after delivery
If something needs adjusting — pacing, a line reading, caption timing, trim length — that's covered by the included revision round(s) and turns around quickly since it's editing the existing cut, not reshooting. Monthly clients skip steps 1 to 2 for repeat months: concept development becomes rolling, informed by which hooks are actually converting in your ad account, and production gets priority turnaround ahead of one-off orders.
